The food is good and the service is great. When we were there it was almost full but the service was still great

Right on Route 66 in Wilmington IL. Extensive menu, including breakfast erved all say. Fried walleye came with choice of soup, or cole slaw, and potato. Everything was delicious! Chicken and shells soup was ths bomb. Food came to the table piping hot and made from scratch. Including fresh green beans. Our server Kim, was attentive and friendly. Don't drive past this place. It's a great little find as you travel Route 66. Would like to post a picture of my dinner, but no option to do so.

It is a friendly place, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I've not had the breakfast yet. Tonight I had the "all you can eat" fish dinner. I chose the Cod, it was great. Second trip for the Friday night Fish Fry, all you can eat Cod. It was really very good again tonight. Here are s few more photos.

Came in Friday and tried the fish all you can eat. Very good, and cooked well. Generous portion. Breading light and not greasy. The side of green beans tasted like from a can,but ok. Side soup is good. Generous portion of fish. Very nice and clean dining area. There are lots of windows and bright light. Our waitress was awesome and attentive. This is a nice hometown type restaurant.

A good family diner with a lot of different breakfast and lunch options. The service was great, and the coffee was really good. The prices were fair and I would definitely come back.

This place is just awesome!! We love their meat lovers skillet which is in the picture. Their service is the quickest of any restaurant. They constantly refill your coffee so the service is excellent. Prices are also the best around. I highly recommend supporting this business if you find yourself in the area on Rt 66. The giant is right across the street if you want a pict
